Who We Are ...

NICE TO MEET YOU!

My name is Sonia and I am a Senior Business Manager, working within the field of healthcare. I have lived and worked in London for the past twenty years.

I also work with young people. I help them to choose their career path, by sharing my skills, experience and knowledge, which I have gained in my professional career. The aim of my work is to broaden young people's horizons and to help them to succeed in their professional and personal endeavours.

My studies at Slovak University, as well as the London University, allow me to understand the significant differences between the two systems. Thereofre, I discuss with ethe students the positive and negative elements of studies in Slovakia and abroad.

In my position of a senior manager, I make decisions about the running of the business, managing company budgets, premises and hiring new employees. I hired numerous staff for the businesses that I have managed. I explain young people, what rules I apply, when I interview potential candidates and what qualities and skills I look for in them.

Apart from the professional guidance, young people often need a moral support. I help students build up their self-esteem, while also helping them understand the complex process of becoming an adult, especially the significant differences between school and working environment.

My name is Jana. I work as a Project Manager with a strong track record of succesfully leading global projects for diverse industries.

I specialize in financial planning, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring projects are completed successfully within time and budget targets.

With a background in logistics, procurement, and lecturing, along with studies in Economics, Management, Historical Sociology, and Linguistics, I enjoy contributing to multicultural environments.

In the past I used to also work as a teacher. I have always enjoyed seeing young people bringing their energy, curiosity, and potential to discussions.

I find joy in helping them discover their own talents, strengths, and interests. What excites me the most is their capacity to grow, not just in knowledge, but also in confidence and character.

Knowing that I can play a role in shaping their future by providing guidance, encouragement, and opportunities to explore makes every day meaningful.
